See how weird "pie-slices" Bearden, Powell and Central are to become? It's as if the rezoning plan was drafted to have each school zone to span as many different socio-economing zones as possible. Except in Farragut, of course.

I have said since the maps were released that this is not about "easing overcrowding" as much as it is about politics and socioeconomics. Distributing lower income students doesn't make schools better.
